Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Carrie. I’m a community builder, a committed conservationist and holistic business leader.

As an inner-city girl from Croydon, my journey into conservation and farming has been anything but conventional. At just 27 years old I became Managing Director of an international education company. Seven years later, I packed my life, including my dog, into a VW campervan to travel Europe while researching men's mental health.

From the French Alps to the Jurassic coast of Portugal, this journey inspired a dedication to connecting people to nature and protecting our planet.

As the Land & Nature Delivery Manager for the National Trust in the Peak District, I spearheaded landscape-scale nature and climate initiatives, such as peat restoration and woodland creation.

Leading the 'Peak Regenerative Farmers' cluster group deepened my passion for farming and the transformative role of grazing animals in restoring ecosystems.

I'm now the Environmental Farm and Land Advice Manager for the Berk, Bucks, and Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) where I passionately advocate and support sustainable and regenerative farming practices, empowering farmers, landowners, and communities to create a greener, more sustainable future.

Today I am bringing together everything I have learnt so I can support people like you.

From chatting at your kitchen table, discussing your dreams and plans for the future. From checking out your natural assets to mapping out your farm or land strategy, and figuring out the nitty-gritty of funding and delivering conservation projects, I can help you do great things for nature and grow your business.

I have been lucky to work with some incredible organisations. I love how each one is so unique. I always work towards what is best for you so do get in touch and we can chat about how I can support you.

I look forward to changing the world with you!

It feels SO FANTASTIC to have the support and enthusiasm that you bring to support our work. With the pressures of daily work and tasks it has been very difficult. You bring inspiration and direction to help us get the work done.
